The keycard, the controls, and the few details worth knowing.
Access
To enter your accommodation, hold your keycard to the lock on the outside of the door.
When you leave, please return your keycards to reception, or leave them in your accommodation. Each card we reuse is one less we need to make, which spares waste and helps us care for the island. We are grateful for it.
Connectivity
Wi-Fi reaches every part of Cali Mykonos, indoors and out. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select our network. If you would like a hand, reception will connect your devices for you.

A touch panel sits on the wall just as you come in. From it you set the lighting and the temperature throughout your accommodation.

Reaching us
The telephone in your accommodation carries three buttons, one for each service. Press Reception, Room Service, or Concierge, and the right team will answer.

On the bedside table sits a MODA unit. It charges your devices, plays music, and wakes you in the morning.

There is a safe in your accommodation for passports, cash, and anything else you would rather keep close.
To lock it, close the door, enter a code of your choosing, and confirm. Use the same code to open it again. Full directions are printed inside the door.
If the safe will not open, reception can help. Please do not force it.
Charging
Sockets are the standard European type, at 230 volts. If your plug is a different shape, an adaptor is available from reception.
If you need us
If a light, the panel, or the keycard does not respond, it is rarely anything you have done. Press the button for Reception on your telephone and we will come and put it right.
We would rather you call than spend a moment of your stay puzzling over a switch.
